  ASD and adrenal gland lesion
#1

The child 1 month old came to echo-screening.

On echocardiography in the projection of the middle third of AS there is a defect with a T-shaped margin up to 4 mm (ASD?), at CFM up to 1 cm (a few ASD?), Vmax up to 1.5 m / sec. Tricuspid valve regurgitation 2 st., Vmax up to 2 m / sec.

At ultrasound of the kidneys and adrenal glands, in the projection above the upper pole of the right kidney there is an / hypoechoic irregular shape lesion up to 1.5 cm, with no blood flow at CFM (adrenal gland lesion? hematoma?)
