Iliac kidney dystopia of abnormal shape

    Child 1 year-old from the orphanage directed to ultrasonography of kidneys with suspected hypoplasia of the left kidney. On US in a typical place from the left flank and from the back the left kidney is not visualized, it's visualized at the midline of the abdomen on the spine just below the umbilicus near to the iliac vessels shaped like the letter "L" - iliac dystopia of the L-shaped left kidney.
