  Basketball player knees
#1

A 15-year-old girl, a basketball player, injured her left knee during training as a result of a fall.

In the region of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus and along the lateral ligament of the left knee, an extensive thin layer of liquid (up to 1 ml) with hyperechoic microinclusions is visualized (incomplete rupture of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus, lateral ligament? - figs. 1-3); The anterior horn of the lateral meniscus of the right knee of an inhomogeneous structure due to anechogenous inclusions up to 2 mm (cysts? - fig. 4).
