  Cholelithiasis plus 2
#1

A 47-year-old female patient with complaints of pain in the " pancreas" and of a lesion in the rib area is directed to ultrasound of abdomen and soft tissue.

On ultrasound the pancreas has no features but in the gallbladder there are two stones of 1.5 cm, which were not previously found by the patient' s words.

In the projection of complaints on the lesion, which she said the surgeon was classifying as a lipoma, a dense lesion which long axis runs along the ribs is palpated. On ultrasound is visualized lesion of the oval shape with a clear contour, heteroechoic structure, size of 5x3x1 cm, at the CFM single signals of blood flow (lipoma?).
