  Pancreatic tail cyst
#1

A 20-year-old patient with complaints of abdominal pain during menstruation is directed to an ultrasound scan of the abdomen, previously, from her words at the ultrasound scan, there was an ovarian cyst. It is also known that she is a carrier of HBs.

At ultrasound anechoic lesion up to 2x1.5 cm is visualized in the projection of the spleen gates and tail of the pancreas, and there is no blood flow in the CFM (pancreas tail cyst?).

PS. Through the standard access to the pancreas, lesion is not visualized.
