    A child of 11 years old was admitted to the ED of the Children's City Clinical Hospital after a family vacation in hot regions, when the parents noticed a lump on the lateral surface of the neck in the child, according to the child, the lesion is moderately painful.

    On ultrasound, a multi-chamber lesion with low-resistance blood flow along the partitions at the CFM. Attention was drawn to the rounded anechoic submandibular lymph nodes on both sides.

    Differential diagnosis: lymphangioma, hemangioma, etc.

    Biopsy recommended
