    A teenager with a suspicion of a groin injury was admitted to the emergency department of the Children's City Clinical Hospital and was urgently sent for an ultrasound scan.

    According to the patient, fell by his groin on the handle of a bicycle a few hours ago.

    Visually, in the groin area, there is a zone of reddening of the skin up to 5 cm in diameter, on ultrasound, there is a zone of hyperechoic subcutaneous fat with small fluid inclusion (s) in the center (edema / hematoma).
