  Ascites, spleen fragmentation etc.
#1

Infant with portal hypertension after several portal vein shunting interventions and at the begining of enteral feeding(long time at parenteral feeding) addressed to US because of suspected abdominal problem.

At US there' re a lot of free fluid in the abdominal cavity(about 100 ml), intestine with some content and without visible peristalsis.

Spleen fragmentation anomaly, previously diagnosed, visualized.
