    Child 2 y.o. with suspicion of acute appendicitis aimed at ultrasound.

    At ultrasound in the right lower abdomen quadrant there is a dilated intestinal loops with irregular wall thickening, enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes around and normal size vermiform appendix near; in the left upper quadrant there is target sign - transitory(it' s soon disappear) intussusception(mesenteric fat and another intestinal loop inside of intestinal wall), presumably enterocolitis.
