    A child of 8 years old with suspected appendicitis.

    At US the right kidney with hydronephrosis, microlites, lowering of cortex-medullary differentiation (pyelonephritis?), in pelvis there is a lesion size of to 6 cm in diameter, at first glance looks like an enlarged bowel, but surrounded by an omentum, painful even while the usual touching without compression (periappendiceal abscess?)
