At the present moment coming with suspicion of intestinal obstruction, signs of which was, of course, dilated intestinal loops almost without peristalsis in most visible areas besides upper abdomen where was reverberation artifact(meteorism). Previous ultrasoud, several days ago, revealed hypoechogenic liver mass about 4x2 cm, was interpreted as liver pseudotumor, as in the history, splenomegaly. At present ultrasound anterior to that mass(looks like an adrenal mass) visualized area with vessels bunch, splenomegaly, accessory spleen. MRI, by the surgeon' s words, revealed some subdiaphragmatic liver mass and possible spleen mass, enlarged abdominal lymph nodes.
